Day #2 - El Minuto

It's Friday, and that means it's my day to have El Minuto for lunch. I'm not quite sure how this morphed from a "hey, that sounds good today" thing into a weekly commitment, but that's what it's become. A week is not complete if I don't get my #5 lunch special on Friday.
